How Art Heals and the creation of my “Guardians of the Space”

These are "energy paintings"—vibrant and high-frequency works. They don’t just decorate a room, but guard the space they inhabit.

As Shiloh Sophia McCloud, founder of the Intentional Creativity Movement, puts it: “Intentional creativity is a path to accessing the within—the language of the heart.” The Intentional Creativity Method™ allows me to dive deep into the inner landscapes of my mind and soul, giving voice to intuition through bold, bright colors and powerful imagery.

But these paintings are more than just art—they are tools for transformation. By combining Intentional Creativity with Self-Processing Techniques from Transpersonal Psychology, I’m able to unearth old traumas, beliefs, and hidden stories, bringing them from the subconscious into the light. As these emotions surface, they find form in shapes and colors on the canvas, allowing what once felt overwhelming or unfocused to be seen, acknowledged, and processed.

This process isn’t just about creating—it’s about healing. It’s what kept me grounded through my toughest times, offering a way to navigate emotions when words weren’t there. Art heals. There’s no denying it.
