Drawing prompts
-
Materials needed:
pencil or pen and one coloured pencil paper - any old bit of paper will do
Prompt:
If you feel you can’t figure something out take a piece of paper and start scribbling furiously until your lines look like a tangled ball of wool.
Then take your coloured pencil, focus on the thing you can’t figure out and choose point on one of the lines you drew. Trace it with your coloured pencil as long as you like.
Stop. Look at your drawing and notice if anything pops into your mind. You might get an impulse or a thought that helps you figure out your initial problem.
If not you had a creative mini-break!
